Meet the therapist behind the screen

I'm a Resident Family and Marriage Therapist. I earned both my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University’s School of Medicine.

Since my college years, I’ve had a clear vision of my life’s work: to help alleviate mental suffering. I wrote it as my primary goal on my vision board, and ever since, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life.

As the proud daughter of immigrants, I have a deep passion for working with people of all races, religions, and ethnicities. My therapeutic approach strives to be inclusive and culturally sensitive, and I’m certified in teaching anger management, emotional regulation skills, and more.

In my therapy practice, I quickly realized that asking thoughtful, purposeful questions can unlock incredible progress in therapy. Over time, I started compiling these questions and ideas into worksheets, activities, and handouts, which you can now find here on this website. Inspiration would strike me at the most unexpected moments. I’d often find myself eager to rush home and turn a random idea into a fun worksheet.

My favorite worksheet is 'The People Pleaser’s Cafe Menu.' The idea for that one hit me while I was eating french fries—don’t ask me why, but it just worked.

My heart, time, and effort has been poured into the content on this website. Whether you are looking for help or you are a therapist yourself, I’m grateful that you’re here.
